These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from B&T Colombian Shape Wear.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies made available on our website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. ABOUT US

B&T Colombian Shape Wear is an Ontario-based retailer offering shapewear, compression garments, waist trainers, shaping shorts, bodysuits, and related apparel.

Our products are sold as fashion and body-shaping apparel and are not represented as medical devices, medical treatments, or substitutes for professional medical advice.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By placing an order through our website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or that you are purchasing with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, materials, sizing information, compression levels, and other product details are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

Lighting and photography.
Screen or device settings.
Fabric or production variations.
Individual body shape and proportions.
Personal compression and fit preferences.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information and our Size Guide before purchasing.

4. SHAPEWEAR FIT & COMPRESSION

Shapewear is designed to fit more firmly than ordinary clothing.

Fit and compression may vary based on individual body shape, measurements, garment construction, and personal preference.

Sizing assistance provided by B&T Colombian Shape Wear is offered as a courtesy and does not guarantee a particular fit or shaping result.

Customers are responsible for selecting the size, garment style, and compression level they consider appropriate for their personal comfort.

5. PRODUCT USE & HEALTH INFORMATION

Our products are sold for fashion, shaping, support, and everyday apparel purposes.

Any product descriptions, sizing guidance, compression information, or customer service communications are provided for general product information only.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or medical instructions.

If you have concerns regarding the use of compression garments because of a medical condition, recent medical procedure, pregnancy, skin sensitivity, circulatory condition, or other health concern, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

Discontinue use if you experience unusual pain, irritation, numbness, difficulty breathing, or other concerning symptoms.

6. SKIN SENSITIVITY & MATERIALS

Certain garments may contain materials such as nylon, polyamide, spandex/elastane, latex, cotton, silicone, lace, or similar textile components.

Customers are responsible for reviewing disclosed materials before purchasing and considering any known allergies or sensitivities.

If irritation, itching, redness, or another adverse skin reaction develops, discontinue use.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. PRICES & CURRENCY

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website are expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes, where required, will be calculated or displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is placed.

A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

8. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we are required to accept it.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability.
Pricing or listing errors.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Quantity limitations.
Other reasonable circumstances affecting fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

9. PAYMENT

Customers agree to provide valid and accurate payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be subject to authorization, fraud screening, or verification by our payment processor.

B&T Colombian Shape Wear does not control delays or authorization decisions made by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment providers.

10. FINAL SALE PRODUCTS

Because our shapewear and intimate garments are worn directly against the body, they are subject to special hygiene conditions.

Shapewear, compression garments, bodysuits, waist trainers, shaping shorts, panties, and other intimate garments are Final Sale and are not eligible for ordinary returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions may apply where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable law requires another remedy.

Final Sale products are also not eligible for self-service cancellation through our online store.

11. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before an order enters processing or fulfillment, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

12. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

B&T Colombian Shape Wear currently ships within Canada.

Standard shipping within Canada is provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote destinations, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

13. LOST, UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the parcel, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

A package being returned to us does not automatically make a Final Sale product eligible for a refund.

Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

14. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Discount codes, promotional offers, bundles, sale prices, and other promotions may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional purchases remain subject to our Final Sale policy where applicable.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to correct or withdraw a promotion that was published in error, subject to applicable law.

15. WEBSITE ACCURACY & ERRORS

We aim to keep our website accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:

Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative where applicable or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Unless otherwise indicated, the B&T Colombian Shape Wear name, branding, logo, website design, original product descriptions, graphics, marketing materials, written content, and other original materials on our website belong to B&T Colombian Shape Wear or are used with appropriate authorization.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us directly if there is a problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, B&T Colombian Shape Wear may provide relevant transaction documentation to the applicable financial institution or payment provider.

Such documentation may include:

Order confirmation.
Transaction information.
Applicable policies.
Customer communications.
Tracking information.
Delivery confirmation.
Other relevant documentation.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested.
