SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Colombian Shapewear by B&T. We carefully prepare every order and aim to ship your purchase as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During periods of unusually high order volume, holidays, promotional events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Canada.

Standard delivery typically takes approximately 3–9 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier service, and other factors.

Delivery to remote or rural locations may require additional time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of B&T Colombian Shape Wear may affect delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, B&T Colombian Shape Wear ships only within Canada.

International shipping is currently unavailable.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active or update in the carrier's system.

If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will assist you where reasonably possible.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

B&T Colombian Shape Wear is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

DELAYS

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, holidays, or other service interruptions.

We will assist customers with available tracking information and, when appropriate, with carrier inquiries, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

LOST, MISSING OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking information indicates a delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and provide additional information so that we can assist with the appropriate carrier investigation.

Tracking information and carrier delivery confirmation may be used when reviewing missing or misdelivered package claims.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will be reviewed based on the circumstances and available tracking or delivery information.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to B&T Colombian Shape Wear because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

The return of a package by the carrier does not automatically make a Final Sale product eligible for a refund.
